A resource and fund for those that have fallen through the cracks.

This fund goes directly those in our community that have fallen through the cracks and need a hand up. This fund is only used after our community resource coordinator has already connected people to available services and finds a gap in meeting an emergency need such as housing, utilities, food, gas, and more. Please consider contributing or getting connected with our community aid fund.

Where do the funds come from?

Individuals Whether it’s gift cards or a one time designated offering, this fund exists because of the generosity of others. We have all had a time when we have needed extra help, and people find this fund to be excellent way to pass that help along to another.

Churches/Community Groups/Businesses A lot of times churches or businesses or community groups want to help, but they don’t know how. By partnering with our community aid fund through the sharing of funds or resources we are able to accomplish so much more together. Need help locating resources like food, housing, utilities, etc? We have a resource coordinator named Corrinne Criss that works Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10-2 and can be reached at 360-876-3901.

Want to Help? We provide care to those slipping through the cracks within our community. We are looking for churches, businesses and community organizations to join us. Contact either Corrinne Criss for more information at 360-876-3901 Or consider making a one time or recurring online donation by going HERE and designating “Community Aid Fund” Or First Lutheran Community Church has been providing hygiene and food kits to the homeless and poverty stricken in our community.
